New Phase Begins at Nansledan

In this month’s project update, we’re pleased to share that our team is continuing work at The Duchy of Cornwall development Nansledan as we embark on the next phase of setting out for MJL. Over the past decade, Kemp has played a key role in this landmark development, from conducting topographical and utility surveys for the initial designs to providing setting-out services for major contractors, including Mildren Construction, Morcom Construction, and MJL.

Alongside our ongoing work at Nansledan, our team also delivered the setting out for the Newquay Strategic Link, the main spine road connecting the development, an important project in its own right. It’s always rewarding to contribute to large-scale, long-term developments and witness the transformation from design to reality. Nansledan is particularly exciting, not only for its strong community focus but also for its strikingly colourful properties, which add a vibrant touch to the Cornish landscape.
